Communication is vital to good service. At SunCoast we understand this fact and we have organized ourselves in a manner in which our costumers have several options in contacting us.
Suncoast has numerous incoming phone lines and four costumer service representatives available all day from 6:00am to 5:00pm. All of our staff including our service route drivers are on Nextel. This means if you have an emergency or an unexpected need out in the field, we can respond rapidly.

We are also available over the internet thru e-mail and soon you will be able to make orders and/or check and pay on your account on line. Our costumer service reps are very friendly and knowledgable with a combined 50 years of experience in the portable sanitation industry.
